This might be the best lunch deal in Schaumburg! For just 15.99, Shabu-You delivers an incredible hot pot experience with fresh ingredients, generous meat selections (pork, chicken, and beef), and a buffet that has everything — noodles, curry, veggies, sides, sauces, and some tasty desserts. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s such a cozy and clean spot too. A!

Don't let outside of building dissuade you (looks like a strip mall asian buffet),this place is fabulous for shabu shabu. All you can eat buffet with the most beautiful display of veggies and sauces to accompany your broth. I had the teriyaki with miso added. Hubby had the creamy pork broth with spice and miso. The 2 broths mixed well together. Go to veggie bar and load up on veggies to flavor your broth. First tried one of each, second time went with onions,scallions,mushrooms, and bokchoy and tofu for flavor depth. Cook meats in broth. Add udon noodles. Has some good appetizers and desserts to finish. Food delivered by cat server robots! Table we sat at serves only 4, not sure how they accommodate larger parties. Will definately return next time in Chicago. Only wish this was in Pittsburgh!

Went for the lunch specials. The buffet section is amazing. Lots of great quality vegetables. Refill items quickly, Highlights that I don't see at other places are the very tasty self service pancakes machine and croissant waffle. Dessert section highlight is the mochi with soy powder and red beans filling. Surprise to have Tokoyaki in the all you can eat section. Lastly there is a USB outlet to charge the phone if you bring your own cord. Which makes the experience to another level.

food was great and the staff are so friendly :)) i wasn’t familiar with how these kinds of restaurants operated but one of your servers, Justin, was beyond amazing. i love him he’s a real one . also shout out to Lilly because she was very kind and helpful as well! i hope everyone who works here gets to sleep on a nice cold pillow every night. i hope i can bring my family here sometime! (PS, this sauce was so good thanks Justin for the recommendation!)

Fantastic service here. This was my family and I first time dining here as well as trying “hotpot”. Honestly, we were quite skeptical and extremely confused of the concept. However our server Lilly was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout the entire time we were here. The Wagyu course that our server recommended was very delicious and tender. My wife and I really enjoyed the Korean and sukiyaki broth the most here. The kids loved the robots and the cotton candy machine. It is primarily self serve here, you will be cooking everything yourself. The buffet had a good variety of ingredients to cook in the broth. The service is very quick, we all felt well taken care of. It is a fun and unique dining experience. Overall had an excellent experience here. Will definitely be returning with my family again in the future.

We had such a great time here. The atmosphere is light and fun. The food was delicious. Our waiter was phenomenal. The robot was a very cool touch. Once you get the hang of cooking your food it is a fun experience.

2nd time Here! Will totally recommend it. I didn't care about the small portion as it helped with not wasting it. Will come again! Dipping sauce got changed which is sad but the sauce they have are pretty good too.
